I am working on triggering an in-app notification using an event trigger from script include and would like to display the content from parm2 or parm1 in the message header or body. Currently, these values are returning as null. I have also attempted to print them using notification email script, but it didn’t work.
In the events when triggered it has Parm1, Parm2 values but not able to access them in the notification header or message.
${event.parm1} or ${event.parm2} doesn't work in Next experience content notification.
Can anyone suggest if I'm missing any configuration here?
