Fetch a report for Variable details associated with RITM

Hi All,

Can someone please help to fetch the report for Variable name. I tried from the List view but there variable column is not available. I need to fetch the data where how many RITM got created for the particular role mentioned in RITM under the variable.

User request is below:-

We need to assess which roles are being used by RHDS because we are planning to decommission the service and need to identify the dependencies.

Please supply a report of service requests for the RHDS service over the last 12 months.

a spreadsheet would be good with each request being a line item showing brief description of the request and which role was affected. This is the most important part because we need to know how many requests against a role to see if it is active. See screenshots for clarity. Any queries please let us know. Thanks

Hi @vidyajadhav 

Yes, it is possible to include catalog variables in an RITM report.

In the Choose Columns section, expand Variables, then select the relevant Catalog Item. After that, choose the required variable (for example, Role). Once selected, the variable will be available as a column in the report and can also be used in the report conditions to filter the results.

This allows you to generate the desired report showing the required RITMs along with the selected variable values.
