Follow interactive filter not working

Hi -

 

I have a simple list report on a dashboard and i would like to allow the users to apply additional filters as needed; however, when i check 'follow interactive filter' on the widget settings it does not show the filter icon and allow to modify the filters. I have not set up anything besides the report, i am not sure if there is any additional config that needs to be done or roles that i may be missing (though i am admin)? My thought was that this would allow users to filter on anything in the table such as location or dates to narrow down the list.

Hi,

Interactive filter does not give allow you to add filter on reports. They are created separately then reports can follow those.

Hello,

You first need to Create an Interactive Filter to work with the report or you could use a Breakdown on the dashboard and have it Act as an Interactive Filter.
