Hi , I am working on a formula indicator to calculate percentage of SLA breached. The approach I am following is:
1. Created indicator source (which gets data from SLA table)
2.Created automated indicators : SLA breached and total resolved incidents.
3. Creating a formula indicator which calculates : SLA breached /total resolved incidents * 100
4. Created a job for these indicators which calculates monthly.
Still I am not getting any value and result shows as NO Value in the scorecard.
Can anyone let me know where am I going wrong ?
Thanks

Check and amend sla_table based source. It is not working correctly.
It should fetch only active and not completed SLAs.

Is there a reason you aren't using the Content Pack with SLA measurements? https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-it-service-management/page/use/dashboards/application-cont...

Ask your System Admin to activate this plugin (on a subprod first). You are always better off starting with OOTB content before starting from scratch.

First go to you automated indicators and source and check whether they collect, show any data.
