Global Dashboard - Can we make a dashboard as global

Hi,

We have created a few dashboard, these dashboards are not restricted by any role and visible to everyone, still these are not visible to everyone.

Intention is to make the dashboards as global as available to all, similar to how homepages are made available to everyone.

Can you point me in the correct direction to achieve this.

Hi Sushil,

 

Yes, but these are a part of customer service management plugin and customer service management needs to be activated before we use these roles.

 

Are there any other workaround without this ?

I believe you need ITIL to even have access to Dashboards, so you could share with ITIL - although be aware that it'll generate an email to all ITIL users when/if you do that.

As long as you have a role, you can access Dashboards (just need to be able to get to the ITIL / application view, rather than the Service Portal). That said, I would think ITIL users or possibly sharing with public may work as well. 

I'm a little iffy on the public role simply because of the fact that public would be available to any users, logged in or not. I"m not sure what that would actually do on a dashboard.
