Is there a way where I can pull the report which shows all the assignment groups the ticket has been bounced through?

If you are looking for Assignment Groups Incident records has been through I would suggest you to report on Table Incident Metric & add filer as Definition is Assignment Group. This would help what you are looking to achieve.
If you are looking for Assignment Group for records other than incidents then you need to create Metric & then get it used for database creation & then finally report on the same. Links below should help.

Hi Shoheb,
You need to create Metric reporting for the same. Also, can you kindly confirm the table (incident/change etc.) you are looking for. As there exists a Metric for Incident OOB that monitors the Assignment Group.
Replace abcd with your instance name

I tried this URL provided by you. Could you please elaborate more on this. As I can see there is Assignment group metric as well. So basically this metric report will contain the Incidents who has been bounced like more than 2 times or so?
