We are building a dashboard to replace the default Overview dashboard showing the "donuts" in Service Operations Workspace.
This dashboard shows our agents work, and their team's work based on the assignment group they are member of.
A small number of our agents are member of multiple assignment groups, so we made a group filter for those agents to be able to show only the work for a single or multiple assignment groups they are member of instead of showing the work for all groups they are a member of.
We would like to hide this filter in the default view of the dashboard as it takes up quite a lot of valuable screen space but we cannot figure out how to do so.
On the left the current dashboard is shown, with the tab containing the group filter open.
On the right is how we would like the dashboard to look, with the tab showing the group filter standard collapsed.
Does anyone know a way to achieve this?
