Hi SN Community,
It seems my company instance's analytics components might be out-of-date, and I need some help to get it in better alignment with the base system.
Summary
URL incident_dashboard_launcher.do opens different pages on my company instance and a PDI. I am trying to understand how this is happening and what to do to reproduce the PDI behavior in my company instance using the same URL argument value. In the browser URLs, I see a difference of platform-analytics-workspace and pa_dashboard.do in the PDI compared to my company instance respectively. I am not sure how/why there is a difference. I think all the related plugins are up to date, but I could have missed something.

A fresh PDI shows Incidents > Overview module has 'incident_dashboard_launcher.do' in the arguments field.
Clicking the Overview menu item under Incidents opens the following.
The company instance has the same module setting.
Clicking the link loads an empty dashboard.
The OOB dashboard exists in the company instance.

ServiceNow came back today which works for us.
There is a property: com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled
Set this to true

I am facing the same issue. Working with ServiceNow to see what can be done. Will update you once I receive any updated. By now they are trying to deny there is any issue.

Thank you for all your responses and the property setting tip!
It looks like Xanadu patch 4b might have corrected the blank dashboard behavior. Since then, the link opens to the previous dashboard. All of this might be related to Dashboard and Report Upgrade and Migration to Platform Analytics experience.
