How to calculate Median score of the records using PA Indicator?

Hello,

Is there a way to calculate the Median score for a particular set of records. The Analytics Hub in Madrid does show the Median there but I am trying to find a way to display it as as a score widget on the dashboard.

The analytics hub is showing you the median of the scores for the time frame you are looking, not the median as a score for that period.  What are you really looking for?

Got it, Thank you. We are working on SLAs and trying to find the Median value of Elapsed Time (days) on Resolved Incidents (for example). 

Currently, we are using Average Elapsed Time which doesn't give us the correct picture since almost half of the records are within 0-40% Elapsed percentage bucket and the majority of the other half are way past breached and are at 400-900% of Elapsed percentage, thus inflating the Avg Elapsed Time.

Therefore, we wanted to go with Median instead. I was wondering if we could create an automated indicator which will go through the list of Resolved records (Monthly frequency) and help us find the Median value based on "Actual Elapsed Time" field.

Anyone able to find the answer to this? I am looking to get the median for the business elapsed time in a defined set of records.
