How to change domain in reports

Hi,

I have to change the domain name in the report.

for e.g. while creating report in service now i selected domain "B". now i have come to know that Domain should be "A" for that report.

Is it possible to switch the domain in A and useable for A domain only.

Yes - you can change the domain from the List view, but first you'll need to change the List Control from Disable list editing to Save immediately. Then double-click on the domain field and change to appropriate domain.

do we need to update this list control in which Domain for Customer "B" or Customer "A" where we want to switch the domain

Update it in global, then you can change the domain.

• change sys_domain, sys_domain_path
• import report XML
