how to combine two records into single record in database view servicenow

Hi Team,

I have a Requirement to combine two records into a Single Record

Directly report approvers that are configured for specific role(Object).

Add role, show first and second approver configured for role, in one list (one entry per role)

Please let me know how to achieve this Functionality.
