How to create Dial-type of report where visual representation is reflecting to actual values

How to create eg. following Dial-type of report where

1. Conditions: Status is 'in Production' AND 'Device type is empty'

- eg. total number of devices which status are 'in production' is 4000

- total number of devices which are in production and where Device type is empty is 50

So Report Visualization shows correctly number: 50 but in visual Dial-diagram x-axis starts with 0 value but ends for something else than 4000 and also visual half-donut is always 2/3 of the whole half-donut but I wanted it to be reflected to actual values 50 and 4000 --> So it should show only 50/4000 area not 2/3.

See attachment of the 'wrong' visual presentation.

2. If I want also to put tresholds of the colors used so that 0..10 values means GREEN and 11..40 is YELLOW and All the Rest should show RED. How to do it? Not Dial-type of report have only option use one-color only.

in case Dial-type is not capable of doing this kind of visual representation explained above what would then be correct Report type to use and do the above mentioned case ?

Thanx for answers already.

Hi Breg,

Dial is following only one number,  so 40 here based on your criteria.

The best I can think of is to produce 2 reports on the same screen like this example here down where the 1st report is all your production devices (40 in my example) and the Additional dataset report is with a criteria of Device is Empty (so 10 in my example).

Once the 1st report part is created, use this icon find_real_file.png and hit  Add Dataset  to create the 2nd report (the one in yellow).
