We have created Service now operational dashboard for our customer and we would like to duplicate the dashboard for more accounts. Currently our Dashboard contains 93 reports. Is there a way how to easily duplicate the dashboard with existing reports/widgets? So we would only change the Domain to new customer in duplicated reports/widgets? Currently when we duplicate the dashboard, we need to manually open each report, click insert and stay, then change the domain to new customer and save it. Then we need to add this report/widget to the dashboard, change the color to be the same as original, select the checkboxes to follow interactive filter, resize it, delete the old report and drag and drop the new one to it's place. And we need to do this manually 93 times to have the copy for new customer. This is taking us 10-15 hours for each of our customer. We have dozens of customers and support team which are interested to have the dashboard created for them. Any suggestions how to do this more efficiently?
This is how I am doing this now. But even when I duplicate the dashboard, any change to the reports in this duplicated dashboard are reflected also in the original one.
