I’m looking for guidance on how to embed dashboards from two ServiceNow modules — Security Incident Response (SIR) and IT Service Management (ITSM) — into an external application to provide a view of dashboard information.
Questions:
- Is it possible to embed existing ServiceNow SIR and ITSM dashboards using an HTML iframe as setting the CSP still doesn't load the dashboard in iframe
- If direct iframe embedding is not recommended or supported, what alternatives are available?
I would appreciate any recommendations, implementation examples, documentation, or best practices from anyone who has implemented a similar solution.
