I'm trying to export the scores of indicators from ServiceNow Platform Analytics, but I haven't been able to find a working export option for the Indicator Scorecard.
I've tried the following approaches:
- Downloading the dashboard.
- Sharing the visualization through a scheduled report.
- Sending the visualization as a ZIP file.
- Exporting directly from Data Visualization, but it fails.
I also checked the underlying score tables:
- pa_scores appears to be empty.
- pa_scores_l1 contains data, but I can only find scores for automated indicators, not formula indicators.
Could someone please clarify the following?
- Is there a plugin, system property, or supported method to enable exporting indicator scores from the Indicator Scorecard?
- Where are formula indicator scores stored, particularly when pa_scores is empty?
- Is there a way to retrieve at least the latest score for each formula indicator, preferably through a combined export rather than exporting each indicator individually?
Any guidance on the supported approach or the appropriate tables to query would be greatly appreciated.
