How to Filter Records between Months?

I currently have a problem with the conditions in the list data visualization. I need to retrieve records between October of the current year and March of the following year. I tried using a query, but when I filter the Contract End Year to “Last Year,” the record still appears in the results.

Is there any other OOTB way to overcome this problem?

It depends on when you are running this report. For October, add last year — not this year — and then run it. for for March this year not next year.

This report will be running daily and the default value for the filter is "This year". Changing the condition from this year's October to last year's October and next year's March to this year's March, didn't work.

The goal of this condition, or list, is to show records of the servers under the Rental Block March (October to March).

If you remove the this year and last year and just keep this query. 

look like not a feasible way.

Yeah, properly - Just need to understand what is needed here. @paulmagaling , what do you imagine that the report should show... you're stating that the report should run at a daily basis, but at the same time you mentioned that the condition should be in the future... This doesn't quite make sense? Can you elaborate a little on the business case?
