I would like to create custom dashboard and widgets/reports. So please let me know 
How to Get Consumed, Available , Allocated, Purchased , over allocated license details of ITSM

Please let me know which tables I should query???

Why create a custom solution when you can utilize subscription management provided by ServiceNow available for all free of charge.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes we have subscription Management Overview  there details showing . But not accurate sometimes and on tope it We have taken subscription as a package (that package has ITSM and other things also ). so just want to design Platform Analytics reports for ITSM. 

that would be great if you can advise me with table names from where I can bring this data "Consumed, Available , Allocated, Purchased , over allocated license details of ITSM"
