How to share a dashboard to all the non roled users without adding users one by one

Hi All,

Is there a way to share a dashboard to all the users who are having no roles assigned to them. We can share to specific users, groups and specific roled users but how can we share to all the non roled users without adding them one by one.

Is there a way to achieve this?

I would like to share a specific dashboard to all the end users.

You can create a group with role PA_Viewer and then add users to that group and share dashboard with that group.

We don't want to give any kind of role to the end users.

if we share the dashboard to an user they are able to view it

But this is needed for too many users so is there a possibility to share to them considering the users without roles.

Hi,

   You can share the URL of the dashboard with all users, but the user with no role will not having the access to dashboard they can view it but if suppose they want to drill down into dashboard they cannot do it, it simply the static dashboard,

just share the URL with user, user needs to paste that URL in any browser and they can see the dashboard.

Hi Tushar,

Yes, the purpose is the same they just need to view it nothing more than that.

We shared with few of our users and they are viewing it. We do wanted to share with more users now.

how to share them instead of entering the users one by one in the dashboard. Is there any other via any script or something
