How to share a dashboard to all the non roled users without adding users one by one

Hi All,

Is there a way to share a dashboard to all the users who are having no roles assigned to them. We can share to specific users, groups and specific roled users but how can we share to all the non roled users without adding them one by one.

Is there a way to achieve this?

I would like to share a specific dashboard to all the end users.

You can add all users to group and share with group if it is working without any role as you tested already.

I guess if you are sharing with the end users, you can share the URL via mail,

the user needs to paste the URL in browser to see the dashboard.

Hello, this has been a particular bugbear of mine for a couple of years. At the moment you cant add users to reports on mass via dashboard. An ideas been raised to ServiceNow and believe its being considered.

The best way to do this would be to 'Future Proof' your reports so create a new group and give access to each report to said group. 'Group A' as an example.

From there every time you want to grant or revoke access to each report you simply remove the member from the group. No roles are required or licencing implications.
