Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,

I was trying to follow the KB article (BTW, it's only visible for users that have access to the Support portal, unless you have quick fingers and can stop the redirection fast enough 😉 ), and found that my PDI (on Brazil) had no records in the pa_dashboards table. Instead, the dashboards can be found in the par_dashboard table. NOTE: on top of the extra "r" in the prefix, the word "dashboard" is singular.
