How to trigger a report via email notification

Hello All,

I am trying to generate a report for all Active incidents and that should be sent to given email ids on   a daily basis.

Could anyone help me out on this with steps ?

Hello Abdul

On top of your report, you can fins 'Schedule option'

Please search for this option and click on it so that a new page is displayed as below.

You have to enter the time and when it should run/triggere in the above fields. You can also add the email id's of people whom you want to send the report. Hope this helps you.

Just wondering in schedule time i mention 8.32 which time it consider ?

I can see in schedule report exception time it has taken as 7.59, could you please clear which time it takes ?

It takes the time 8.32 which is in the 'Time' column.
