How to visualize Mean Time Between Failures MTBF?

Hello PA Community,

I am looking to visualize "Average Days Between P1 Incidents" or also known as Mean Time Between Failures for my division. This is not achievable with Standard Reporting and I can't seem to figure out how to do it with Performance Analytics.

Any tips or suggestions?

Thank you for your help. I've imported the Update Set into a PDI and ran the historic data collection. I have several P1 incidents I had opened last week for Febuary. The "Average between consecutive P1s Monthly" is not calculating correctly. This is my list of P1 records that are being collected.

For this example it is showing me an Average of 24 days but if you look at the P1 records opened they were all opened within a day of the last P1. This example should show me 0 or 1 days.

Can you please give me the ticket before INC0010001.
For this ticket obviously system will check with the previous month's latest P1.

I am using a PDI for testing. The last P1 before INC0010001  is INC0009005  from the year 2018.
