I can't filter the bar graph to display records of Incidents in a specific way.

I am trying to filter a report to show incidents in the New, In Progress, and On Hold states. Based on my parameters, the report displays 2026 and prior years, which is great, but not exactly what I was looking for.

What I wanted to display is the total incidents still in the New, In Progress, and On Hold States before 2026 on the left side of the graph, and the 2026 New, In Progress, and On Hold States on the right side of the graph. Do ServiceNow reports support filtering this way?
