I've shared my dashboard with others, but they get a blank screen when clicking the "view dashboard" link.

I created a Dashboard to share ticket metrics with my colleagues (pic 1) and they all got an email with a link to view the dashboard (pic 2) but it's blank when they click the link (pic 3).

Hello

Please make sure the reports are also shared with the users and users have appropriate access to view the reports which are included in the dashboard.
