In Navigator -> Platform Analytics -> Library -> Data Visualization, we have option Scheduled export

We are currently experiencing severe performance issues due to this feature. I am looking for a way to completely disable or deactivate this option so that it is inaccessible to all users.
Regarding my checking, it seems to be related to the Core functionality from ServiceNow, and i don't have much access to edit.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
Actually, my instance is now in the Australia Patch 2 version, so i guess all functionalities are up to date.
My main purpose is hiding the option "Scheduled export" to avoid a performance issue in our instance.

If you have any suggestions, i'm happy to learn from it ^^.

Role required:

  • par_scheduler, or any role that contains it, to create or edit the scheduled export of any dashboard or visualization that you can access.
  • sn_par_sche_export.par_scheduler_admin to delete the scheduled export of a dashboard or data visualization.
  • viz_admin to create, update, or delete the scheduled export of any data visualization on the instance
  • dashboard_admin to create, update, or delete the scheduled export of any dashboard on the instance.
