In Navigator -> Platform Analytics -> Library -> Data Visualization, we have option Scheduled export

We are currently experiencing severe performance issues due to this feature. I am looking for a way to completely disable or deactivate this option so that it is inaccessible to all users.
Regarding my checking, it seems to be related to the Core functionality from ServiceNow, and i don't have much access to edit.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think completely disabling or deactivating this option is feasible.
