Interactive Filter is not working in the Dashboard

Hi Everyone,
I created a dashboard using a report that shows total of SLAs with different portfolio. When I try to add an interactive filter using a reference, the filter does nothing. It didn't filter records according to the filter. I have done below for the dahboard:
1. The widget is set to "Act as interactive filter".
2. The Reference field in the Interactive Filter Reference is a new customize column that having Reference type .
-Interactive Filter Reference
- new column (Portfolio)in Task SLA table
