Interactive Filter on a userfield

I have a dashboard where i am looking up items on sc_req_item. I simply want to create an interactive filters for Requested For and Opened By - which are 2 standard user fields on this table. I have tried filtering on the Request for Name field.

Is there anyway to achieve this at all ?

Hi @RichardF_CRC ,

Yep, when creating the interactive filter, you should create based on "reference" instead of "choice list", as we are talking about reference field on the sc_req_item table. Afterwards you will have to create the interactive filter reference in the related list, where you map uo the sc_req_item table and the "requested for".
