Invalid Configuration Error for one user while others can access the same analytics hub without issue.

While one user is receiving "Invalid Configuration" error, others can access the same analytics hub from Performance Analytics dashboard without any issue.  There is no additional detail other than a single line message of "Invalid Configuration".  Has anyone seen this?  What can be the issue here?

Hey Julie, did you solved this error? I had the same error and could not figure out to fix it without dropping and recreating the indicator

Hi. I also just encountered this issue with a single user. I couldn't figure out the cause myself but did find another more recent post with some information:

The PRB referenced didn't work for me but they mentioned the following Table: 'pa_ds_preference'

With that information I was able to load the analytics hub user preferences for the specific user and deleted them all. This fixed the issue.
