Is a Custom Date Range Filter on Report widgets in a Dashboard view is available as OOB?

Hi team,

In OOTB, do we have a custom date range filter option configuration available on report widgets from a dashboard view for the end user? 
For example a filter option as below on top of every report widget for an end user from a dashboard view.

This filter is OOB available on Platform Analytics. Not on the 'old' dashboards. Since migration is mandatory when Zurich is released, it may be a good time to start migrating.
