is it possible to get report shows users and which roles they have assigned

Possible I can run a report where i can see user with their assigned roles in ServiceNow. This is critical. Any help will appreciate.

You can try reporting on the sys_user_has_role i.e. User Role table & then you can Group by User.

As mentioned by Prasad you can refer that table for reporting purpose sys_user_has_role

Adding to his point you can directly export data from this table as Excel
