Hi all,
we have provided dashboard reports to scrum teams, but some colleagues don't see any report under dashboard, only error message: 'Report visible only to a specific user or group'.
Is it due to missing required licence to view Dashboards?
Cheers,
Meng

More likely due to ACLs on the Incident, Problem, and Change tables. Do these users have the itil role?

Hi
no, that is not a license issue.
It is not enough to share a dashboard to users or groups you also have to make sure that your audience is able to access the data your reports / dashboards are built on.

Meng,
It almost certainly has to do with ACL restrictions on report_view, not licensing. See Report_view access control.
You may want to check, or have someone with access check, the Report ACL dashboard for these reports. See ACL Assessment for reports.
