Hello Experts,
I have cloned the out-of-the-box (OOTB) Overview Dashboard for the Service Operations Workspace and added indicator scorecards and an indicator widget.
The issue I’m facing is that when the widget is clicked, it is expected to navigate to Analytics Hub for further analysis, but this does not happen. However, when I add the same indicator to an OOTB Overview Dashboard, the navigation works as expected.
I’m not sure if I’m missing any configuration as part of the cloned dashboard setup.

When you are editing the dashboard select the visualization and scroll to the bottom of the config panel, in the Chart interaction accordion tick "Allow chart interaction" and select go to data view for the action

Hello!
When you clone the OOTB Overview Dashboard, the navigation metadata for indicator widgets isn’t fully preserved. That’s why clicking the widget doesn’t take you to Analytics Hub, even though it works in the original dashboard. To fix this, re‑configure the widget’s drill‑through settings and ensure the indicator ID and context are correctly bound; once saved and refreshed, the navigation should behave like the OOTB version.
