Last 12 Months filter

I'm running into an issue where my dashboard is showing a bar chart with 12 months of data but is actually showing 13 months. Today is 8/20. So it's showing some data for August of 2025 and some data for August of 2026.  I'd like it to only show the last 12 completed months.

I'm in Platform Analytics for HRSD and created a dashboard and element that shows HR core cases with the Visualization Type of Time Series bar chart, filter of "Created on Last 12 Months", Visualization Type of Time Series bar chart, Trend of "Month by Created".

One last thing, I need to be a rolling 12 months. So it can continually update itself. I don't want to enter August 2025-July 2026 because that data will be outdated quickly.

Any suggestions?!

Hi @EsperanzaS

How have you configured the filter condition for your data source?

Hi Anders. Here is the filter for the data source:

Hi @EsperanzaS

You have the condition "Created on last months" which in term both include this august and last august. If your visualisation is on a monthly basis, I could suggest that you instead state "created after 12 month ago" or similar as you want to exclude august last year.
