Legacy My Assignments Gauge Not Working In Platform Analytics

We are in the process of implementing the base Platform Analytics application prior to our upgrade to Zurich later this year. We have a "My Assignments" gauge that was a carry over from Homepages way back when, that isn't working properly in Platform Analytics. Looking at the attached image, you can see that instead of saying "My Assignments" it looks like a tag is out of place and so there is a string of code showing up instead.

The ideal solution here is to replace it with a visualization, which is an option, but when I first investigated PA (a few months back) I remember being able to fix this in our existing ITIL Homepage (it's actually a dashboard that we share with all ITIL users). I just didn't take very good notes, and so here we are. Because so many people have duplicated that dashboard to customize it for themselves, this gauge now shows up on a ton of dashboards. Because I'm not seeing a way to update this to a report without going into everyone's dashboard individually, or making them do it, I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before and knows how to fix it?

When I go to the gauge table and try to modify this one directly, I only have the conditions filter options available to update. I thought I recalled it being in the PA Widgets table, but that also appears to be incorrect.

TIA

Okay, apparently I just didn't have enough coffee this morning. 🙂 Here is the solution in case anyone needs it.

As an admin:

1. Open the dashboard with the troubled widget

2. Click the edit button

3. On the legacy gauge, click on open record

4. You can update the JSON field with the necessary changes

5. Save the changes and refresh the report

The gauge should appear as expected.

In our case, we have around 172 dashboards that would require this fix. Either way the base dashboard is getting a report instead of this gauge.

Quick update; If I go to the original gauge, I am able to see the JSON field in the par_dashboard_widget table. When I searched the widgets table for a piece of the JSON to identify all of the duplicated "My Assignments" gauges, I am able to see them. As a test, I updated them all to the one in our original dashboard that is working. However, when I look at the other dashboards where this issue was popping up, the issue still occurs. So I'm not really sure what's going on since the table is showing that I've updated every instance of that widget.
