Recently upgraded to Vancouver and implemented the Next Experience UI. We're experiencing an issue on dashboard reports that have multiple group by fields where the record total isn't displaying. Is there a setting to get the row total to display regardless of the group by options?
Classic UI:
This report is by default grouped by Assigned to with options to group by State and Subcategory. The row total is always in the upper right.
Next Experience UI (single group by option):
This report is on the dashboard, only grouped by Assigned To (no other option) and the row total is in the upper left.
Next Experience UI (multiple group by options)
This report is grouped by Assigned to by default and has options to switch the group by to State. The row total does not display.
Report View
When creating a report, regardless of how many group by options are on the report, there is an extra row above the report with the row totals, but this does not display on the dashboard:
In the next experience UI, total is at the right top corner and number of groups at the bottom
These are list reports on a dashboard, not screenshots of list views.
The totals aren't on the reports on the dashboard if there are multiple group by options.
If there is a single group by, then the total is upper left:
