How do I fix minareted dashboard  Tabs are not coming up

If you mean the sysIds being inserted into the tab name, this happens sometimes.

 

Make sure that the relevant plugins (Migration Center, Platform Analytics) are up to date and then activate and migrate the dashboars again.
