Monthly Reports showing as the current month instead of the previous month in PA widgets

Hi, I'm looking for some help with what seems like an easy problem to fix but I can't seem to figure out what I'm missing. I have a number of reports I'm running on a monthly basis for our executive dashboard reporting Incident KPIs. The data is all correct, but the labeling on the Widgets is showing the wrong month for the data that is being presented. For example, the amount of total incidents created in Oct 2023 is labeled as Nov 2023 and the previous months data (which is actually for Sept 2023) is labeled and Oct 2023. Wondering if there is a way to update/change this to show the correct labeling

Please share some snips of your automated indicator, indicator source and widget configuration, as i'm pretty sure that this is where the issue is. If you share the snips, it will be much easier for me to help you out.

Hi @AndersBGS , thanks for the reply

Here are some screenshots of what I've set up. The indicator source is just pulling from the incident table without any conditions on a Monthly frequency, the automated indicator has a condition to pull only incidents created from ' Last Month' and the widget is set up as a score. Please let me know if there's any other information or screenshots I can provide to help figure this out

Thanks for the screenshot. For now, I haven't seen any issues, but at the same time i'm missing the screenshot of the PA job that collects the data.

I could foresee, that when your additional conditions on the automated indicator is set to "created last month", if you then run the job this month, the data from last month will be populated on this month. But this is just my initial thought based on your screenshots.
