I have a requirement to create a Breakdown for a reference field to display 2 values. For example, the owned_by field on the cmdb_ci table would have a breakdown like Has owner and No owner to determine the count and percentage of CIs with the ownership values.
To achieve this I have created a bucket group with the above name (Has owner - start value = 0, end value = 1 || No Owner - start value = 1, end value = 2) and updated the breakdown source with pa_bucket group table and for Breakdown mapping updated the field as owned_by but that doesn't work. I have tried with scripts on the breakdown mapping and it worked but need to know what is the limitation for the bucket group using field (without scripts).
