Net Promoter Score Calculation & Dashboard

Hi all

We are planning to send survey to user and evaluate the results in the Net Promoter Score fashion. We are on Jakarta and there is a Assessment Metrics Template called NPS available on Jakarta which I handily used to create the one Survey question. Now I would like use calculate the monthly NPS score over time and display it on a Dashboard. 

I know Performance Analytics can be used but we don't have PA license at this moment. I saw also on the Share that somebody has created a NPS Widget, but that was already 3years again, likely not compatible with Jakarta. 

I wonder whether there are exiting calculation already, since Assessment Metric Template is also OOB?

Any suggestions or pointers are welcome!

We built a custom net promoter score dashboard however we are using Performance Analytics jobs and widgets to collect and display the data.

I would think that in your scenario, you could create a single score report which takes the average of all the values for your net promoter score responses.Then your filter would just be used to take monthly scores. If you're looking for how the monthly scores trend over time, I would look into creating a line graph report. Again, we use PA for trending so I'm not exactly sure if that would work.

I have created a trend report that takes the average of the NPS metrics value for a given time-interval. It worked fine. It might be as fancy as what PA will enable me to do, but this serves the purpose

We used Performance Analytics and created a score widget based on a formula indicator to show our NPS score.
