PDI Redirecting to /session_timeout.do Issue

When I open my PDI URL, it automatically redirects to /session_timeout.do and keeps refreshing continuously. This issue has been happening for the last 3 days. Before this started, I was working with a UI Script in my instance.

Hi @AzeemullahA,

navigate to the Developer portal as seen below and check the status of your instance (it might be waking up, under maintenance, or just offline), it will give you some clues:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

if it is online then click Start building button, you will be redirected and logged in as a system admin.

Eventually you can click the green gear icon and request the credentials to be resent to your mailbox:

Once you have them, you can log in using https://yourinstance.service-now.com/login.do

If nothing of this doesn't work, then erase cache (your browsing history) or retry from incognito window..

Hi @AzeemullahA

I will also suggest to release the instance and request for new  developer instance.
