I would like to ask for clarification about the ITSM Dashboards plugin (com.snc.pa.itsm_dashboards).
1. What subscription is associated with the plugin?
I checked on my PDI and official docs, but it is not really clear what subscription should be bought.
I also read that some content packs are free and some are not, depending on the functionality required.
2. I understand that content packs contains predefined dashboards, reports, KPIs. But if the subscription is not bought, are the content packs limited? or we cannot install it?
