Hi PA Community,
I have a requirement to display an Indicator for "Open Problems at Month Start". I'm aware I need to run this job at the beggining of the month moving forward however I am not quite sure on how to run this historic data collection for previous months.
Any tips?
Thanks!

Hi Mark,
Can you please share the type of report, Like what are you expecting, is it like you want to run a job every month and get a number(Different values for every month)
Or every month on day one you want to just see how much of the problem are opened(Consolidated value which add up to single score of problem opened till date).
Thanks and Regards,
Rahul

Hi
I am trying to run a Historic Job to collect the total number of Problem records that were Active precisely on the beggining of each month.
For example:
- January 1st - 10 Problem Records that were Open/Active
- February 1st - 15 Problem Records that were Open/Active
- March 1st - 30 Problem Records that were Open/Active
I am having a hard time figuring out the best way to accurately collect Problem records that were open on the beggining of the month.
Thanks

Performance Analytics is your answer to this. PA jobs run on a schedule that you determine (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and will measure whatever you've configured them to measure. So, for example, set up a PA Indicator Source and Indicator to look at Problems where Active = True and schedule it to run monthly.
