I have migrated my PDI to Washington, DC, but I need help seeing the Analytics Hub. Is this depreciated, or has it been migrated to something else in the new Platform Analytics?

Analytics Hub is still there under Performance Analytics > Analytics Hub and will not be deprecated for some time yet. However, you could also try looking in the new UI, under Platform Analytics > KPIs. Select a KPI/indicator (synonymous in this case, we are slowly trying to move to industry-standard terminology like KPI) and you can see it in the new KPI Details.

I found below information from servicenow docs:
Important information for upgrading Performance Analytics to Washington DC
The legacy PA Scores [pa_scores] table is being deprecated. If you still have indicator scores captured in the PA Scores table and the number of such scores is fewer than 43 million, these scores will be migrated automatically to the pa_scores_l1 and pa_scores_l2 tables upon upgrade. The expected amount of time added to upgrade is approximately two hours. For more information, see KB1294371 or Migrating Performance Analytics scores.
The PA Scores [pa_scores] table is not being deprecated for instances on the Oracle database. Automatic migration is not being applied to these instances because they do not support the newer table structure.

Before migrating to Washington, DC, you could publish indicators in the Analytics Hub and then see the results, thresholds, targets, etc. I am not able to see the Analytics Hub anymore. I was curious if this is disabled to migrate to something else.

I see the analytics hub in ServiceNow Washington DC documentation. Please verify the plugins that need to be enabled in PDI.
