I'm looking for some help configuring a PA Report for Surveys. I am looking for a Survey that shows a Customer Satisfation chart by Satisfaction value.
The field i'm using is Actual Value.
Table: asmt_metric_result
Actual Value field (actual_value): 4 (Very Dissatisfied)
Actual Value field (actual_value): 3 (Dissatisfied)
Actual Value field (actual_value): 2 (Satisfied)
Actual Value field (actual_value): 1 (Very Satisfied)
I have taken the ServiceNow PA course but really struggling to get this (what seems like a simple task) working.
Any pointers much appreciated! Thanks

Hi @RichardSaunders ,
To help you best possible I have some additional questions.
- Where do you get stuck in your current configuration?
- Would you like to have an average on the survey score or survey score split by question, by value or any other?
- Should the survey score be updated on daily, weekly or monthly basis?
- How would you like the widget to presented (visualization) ?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hi Anders,
The Actual Value can't be selected as a Breakdown, so we've had to use a bucket group, but the scores are flat lined. What we want is the count of those values per day. If that makes sense.
