a. Are you expecting the Mean Time to Resolve KPI to reach the target of 4 days within the next 2 weeks?
b. Is the Service Availability KPI trending in the right direction?
c. Is the NPS KPI trending in the right direction?
d. Has the Month to Date Cost KPI achieved its target?
Upon completion of this task, select the Validate Task button. If the validation fails, you will be presented with feedback text that indicates what could be failing, along with clickable links to our documentation site for more guidance.
