Performance Analytics widget visible to agents but not to customer portal users

Hi,
I have created a widget that displays (Average Response Time) on CSM portal
The widget:
Uses a PA indicator
Is configured to be dynamic based on the logged-in user
Works perfectly for internal users / agents
However, the same widget is NOT visible to customer users (Customer Portal users). Is Performance Analytics supported in Service Portal for customer users?
What roles or ACLs are required for customer users to view PA indicator data?
If anyone has implemented PA widgets on Customer Portal, I would really appreciate guidance or best practices.
