Has anyone been having performance issues with a hosted instance over a long period of time?
We have been working with Service Now Support to track down a memory leak specific to our instance, but after 3 months, I am slightly frustrated and just wanted to know what everyone else's experience is.

A few things to note.
I understand that there was maintenance done with the Service-Now infrastructure last weekend which cause performance problems this week.
If your performance issue has been longer than that, there are many things that could cause this. First inspect your logs to see if it's something specific to you instance.
You may also want to run several tracert's to find at what point(if it's the network at all) is causing the delays.
At one point while troubleshooting performance issue I ran a ping - t while using the system and was able to coordinate slow times with slow ping responses.

I've done most of what you suggested. I don't think it is a network issue, though.
A few things I've tried today were turning off my mid servers and scanning the logs for errors/broken business rules/etc.
Still not helping.

We had performance issues several days this week and last as well, also related to the global issues I believe. It has seemed back to normal for the past 2 to 3 days though. We have also had some odd issues that may be cache related. Forms or fields that appear differently for some users for short periods of time and then resolve with no intervention.
Typically the communication from Service-Now on known issues is great and I use their final root cause reports as examples to my team of a great RCA, but I was let down that there was no communication at all regarding the performance and cache issues of recent. We had to call several times before being told that they were aware of issues that had been occurring for the past few days.
I don't think that everything needs to be a push notification, I would though like to see a bulletin board of known issues that can be referenced here on the Community pages so we have a place to go to find out about defects, performance issues, and the like.

Interesting...I did not hear there were issues. I wonder if my instance was affected...I was getting a lot of "Service-now is slow" feedback last week.
