Hi there,
this is a 2 part question.
1)
I have created a dashboard via the technical editor in platform analytics. However, when creating a pivot table in UI Builder I see only 8 rows of data and a total of 14000. there should be about 25 rows showing with a total of 43000. If I click on the 14000 the report created gives me all 43000 rows. so they data is there it's just not showing for some reason. Am I missing a filter that says to only display 8 rows?
2)
when creating a pivot table is there a way to get get these options at the top like you can when adding a list? are you able to export a view of the pivot table or do you always need to click into the list view before those options appear?
Thanks,
--Brian

I was able to figure out the first piece and now have all rows showing. However even with the link you send I cannot see anything regarding the additional options for exporting a pivot table without drilling into the list view. Do you know if this is possible? if not it's fine would just be a nice ability.
Thanks,

Hi Brian
I have the same questions and have not been able to figure out your first question. Now do you increase the number of rows showing?
I got confirmation from another user that we are not able to export pivot tables

Hi there. so if it is the same issue that I was running into I was able to add get all the rows by selecting rows under the group by here should be an option 'max number of groups'. I think it defaults to just a few but you can increase the row to display by adjusting this.
