Platform Analytics Dashboard for External Users

Hi, 

 

We have a requirement to display some read-only reports to our customers who are external. I have worked on Dashboards via the Platform Analytics Workspace on VANCOUVER and have shared these. They can access the Platform Analytics Workspace but the widgets within the dashboard are blocked due to permissions. Any suggestions on roles I can provide them ?

 

Also to Note, all drilldowns are disabled as its use is display only read only

The permissions of the data visualisations based on table data sources is controlled by "report_view" ACL on the corresponding table. So if you adjust ACL, users should be able to view content.

 

For indicators, you have on indicator itself visibility setting.
